Help! I lost my username and login – how can I sign in?
Next to the login button (located on the top right of our main navigation), there is a link that will allow you to reset your password. Your new password will be sent to your email address.
7
Is this course the same as the AHA or Red Cross?
It’s a little known fact that there is no official accrediting body for CPR training. Our classes are accredited by our own medical oversight board. An online course from infantcpr.com is just as viable as a course from the American Heart Association. In fact, we have found that many prefer our online training to in-person courses for many of the reasons listed above!
8
How do I contact Customer Support?
You can contact customer support by sending us an email. You can also go to our contact page to submit an inquiry.
9
I purchased a gift for somebody, do I need to do anything else?
No. If you purchased a gift, we handle the rest. We automatically send you the receipt since you purchased the course. We then send the gift recipient an email with instructions on how to log in to the website.
10
Do I get a certificate at the end?
Yes, you will receive a certificate at the end of the course. In order to receive the form, you will need to pass the exam with a score of 85% or greater. While our course is in accordance with AHA standards, we do not provide American Heart Association certifications.
11
How long is the certificate valid for?
We conform to the industry standard of requiring our users to renew every 2 years. CPR standards frequently change so in order to stay up-to-day, we require this renewal of all of our customers.
12
What happens during the checkout process?
You will create a username and password – your email address is sufficient to use as a username. You will be asked for valid credit card information and to agree to the terms and conditions of InfantCPR.com before your order is complete. Once the purchase is complete, we will send you an electronic receipt.

May I use your certificate for employment purposes?
Some states and employers require in-person CPR training. You need to first check with your state regulations to see if they accept online certification for employment purposes.
